We are a private eye clinic in central Kungsbacka with high ambitions, short decision-making processes, and a strong focus on quality, service, and job satisfaction. The clinic offers both outpatient visits and polyclinic treatments such as cataract surgeries, eyelid surgery, and injection treatments. About the Position As a nursing assistant/receptionist, you are an important part of both the patient experience and the daily work at the clinic. The role is varied and includes both patient-facing tasks as well as administrative and coordinating responsibilities. Your tasks include, among other things: Pre-examinations and patient preparation for doctor visits. Handling of medical-technical equipment. Receiving patients at reception and contact via telephone and other communication channels. Booking, rescheduling, and coordinating appointments in the Webdoc patient system. Administrative tasks, payments, and simple invoice handling. Planning and coordinating smooth patient flow between the outpatient clinic and surgical operations. We are Looking for Someone Who Is trained as a nursing assistant. Has experience with outpatient clinic work. Preferably has experience from eye care or another specialist clinic. Is technically interested and comfortable with digital systems. Has a professional, service-oriented, and warm approach. Enjoys working both independently and together with others. Is flexible, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
