JOB DUTIES Working as a nursing assistant involves assisting users according to their individual needs with personal care, meal assistance, transfers, activities, etc. An important task is to support the health and well-being of users. This means you provide them with support and encourage them to continue doing what they are able to manage themselves. We place great emphasis on contact worker relationships and work with the individual's best interests at the center. Our goal is for users to experience dignity and well-being to the extent possible. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for someone who has studied the healthcare and care program at the upper secondary level. It is meritorious if you have experience in care work and knowledge of dementia diseases. Being attentive to users' different needs and possibilities is a given for you. It is important that you have a professional and respectful approach and the ability to create a sense of security and calm even in stressful situations.
