You'll always have schedules and documentation at hand via phone or tablet. About the Role and Your Responsibilities Your work is guided by individuals' needs. A typical workday may consist of providing support and assistance with personal care, care work, medical interventions delegated by a nurse, and other things the person you support needs help with. Documentation is done in Lifecare. Your role also includes contributing to the development of the organization and maintaining good quality. In home care, you work either day shifts or evening shifts exclusively. Working hours are typically between 07:00–15:30 and 14:00–23:00. The position involves working every other weekend. We offer full-time employment (100%), which corresponds to 36 hours and 20 minutes per week. With us, you have the opportunity to work in different roles. As a fixed care contact, you have special responsibility for your clients. You establish and follow up on implementation plans. Our staff are organized in smaller teams where 2–3 fixed care contacts, together with a floater, are responsible for a group of clients. Work is conducted in close collaboration, and when needed, floaters support other clients outside their own group. As a resource worker, you work flexibly across the areas within the four-team system: Torn, Northern Fäladen, Western team 1, and Western team 2. You step in where the need is greatest and provide security, warmth, and care to people who truly need it.
