The Workplace We are now seeking nursing assistants for home care Center West. We are a work team with high expertise who are passionate about delivering quality care and services to our customers. We operate from central Trelleborg with proximity to public transportation and within walking distance to bus and train. We have cycling distance to our customers. We provide e-bikes and regular bikes so you can transport yourself conveniently during your work. Job Responsibilities When you work in home care, you help and support customers in their own homes, based on an assistance decision, with things that the customer cannot manage themselves. This can include personal care, help with heating food, walks, making beds, and sometimes cleaning. Tasks such as pharmacy errands are also included. It is important to provide good service in the home and enable people who need help to be able to choose to stay at home and experience security and quality. Daily work is entered into a planning system. This approach creates structure and efficiency where everyone knows what/how and which tasks need to be performed. The professional role includes certain health and medical care tasks after delegation by licensed health care personnel/rehabilitation personnel, such as help with training, medication administration, insulin administration, etc. In home care, we document in the Life Care system. The role of nursing assistant means that you get to work with some of the best and most rewarding work there is, namely making everyday life safe and meaningful for our customers. We always put the customer at the center. Qualifications You who are applying are trained as a nursing assistant or have other education that the employer deems relevant for the work. Great importance is placed on personal suitability and responsibility. We would like to see that you as a person are stress-resilient and enjoy new challenges. In your professional role you will meet many new customers and colleagues who require teamwork. The work varies from day to day. It is important that you can see opportunities and solutions to problems. The work requires good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as you need to make yourself understood with customers and document the services provided in the management system. Working in home care requires that you can cycle. Other Information Two full-time permanent positions, working hours only evenings and weekends. 4 full-time temporary positions for temporary assignments of 6–12 months, working hours according to schedule day/evening and weekends.
