About the Position As a nursing assistant with us, you'll work closely with our residents and collaborate with a dedicated team consisting of nurses, rehabilitation staff, and a unit manager. Your responsibilities will include: Personal care and delegated healthcare tasks Contact with family members and coordination of activities Household-related duties and service tasks Documentation, case management, and implementation of care plans We're Looking for You If You... Are a qualified nursing assistant with a professional certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare Have experience in elderly care (desirable) Have good computer skills and fluent Swedish (spoken and written) Are flexible, attentive, and responsible Have a genuine interest in working with elderly people We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are a positive and cooperative person with strong work ethic and a warm heart.
