Here there are 120 modern and homely apartments where each resident has the opportunity to create their own secure daily life. The Role of Nursing Assistant with Us In the job, you provide good nursing care and social support based on the resident's needs. Your work also includes social documentation, various health and medical care tasks, and planning and conducting daily activities for a pleasant life for our residents. We work qualitatively and goal-oriented with BPSD registers and other methods that promote a person-centered approach where care and support are provided safely and securely according to the individual's needs and wishes. We want to be able to offer security to those we care for, where we see collaboration as a key factor for our organization. We believe that the contact person's role is very important and want you to take great responsibility in that area. At our home, it is the Service Department that cleans the residents' apartments and our work clothes are sent to commercial laundry. Your schedule will be arranged for day, evening, and every other weekend. You are expected to perform delegated health and medical care tasks based on your position and the operation's needs. You take responsibility and drive your work forward and deliver results, as well as prioritize your work efficiently. Regarding permanent day/evening employment: The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department of Care and Support, all employees in home care and care and residential homes are employed at 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce to desired employment rate based on the operation's needs.
