Our Operations Thoracic Surgery Ward 50D is a care unit that provides both pre- and postoperative care and encompasses both planned and emergency operations. The pace of work is often high, but we have a very good work environment where we all care about helping each other when needed. On the ward, nursing assistants, nurses, and doctors work in teams with several other professional disciplines, all with the patient in focus. The ward has 27 beds and we are approximately 80 employees. Your Assignment Work as a nursing assistant on 50D is varied and developmental. For postoperative patients, patient care, mobilization, and wound care are the main tasks. Work with the preoperative part consists more of providing information, taking samples, and preparing for surgery. The ward has good routines and good structure. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. Preferably with experience working in a hospital. Experience with the Cosmic medical records system is a merit. Your Competence You have good teamwork skills and are thorough. You are flexible and can work both day and night shifts. You are positive about challenges and can handle changes in work pace. What We Offer We offer a permanent position with rotational shifts including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Orientation occurs by agreement based on prior care experience.
