Tingsbrogården is a beautifully located dementia care facility in Bro parish, approximately one mile northeast of Visby. The facility has four units with eight residents on each unit and excellent outdoor environments. We work with individualized implementation plans centered on the individual's needs (IBIC). Your responsibilities As a nursing assistant at Tingsbrogården, you will work together with your colleagues to motivate and stimulate the elderly to maintain their habits and routines through a rehabilitation-oriented approach. You perform standard care tasks with the support the elderly person needs in their daily life, such as personal care, medication administration, delegated healthcare services, household management, and support based on the resident's needs. You work night shifts and occasionally evening shifts when workplace meetings (APT) are held. The salary range for nursing assistants in special housing is 29 400 - 34 000 kr/month. Who are you? We are primarily seeking someone who is trained as a nursing assistant. To be employed as a nursing assistant, you must have the right to use the protected professional title according to current regulations. We appreciate it if you have previously worked in care professions and/or elderly care and have experience with night work. As a person, you are confident in both yourself and your professional role and maintain your composure even in pressured situations while maintaining high service standards. You are flexible and have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. You are development-oriented and have a curiosity to continuously learn and improve your work. With good teamwork skills, a strong service focus, and pedagogical insight, you create trusting relationships and communicate in a clear and inclusive manner. It is important that you are confident in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as all communication and documentation is conducted in Swedish.
