About Villa Kristineberg The residence has 60 apartments distributed across three floors for elderly with a focus on dementia and somatic care. Each unit has a shared kitchen and pleasant communal spaces for socializing and meals. We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people aged 14–18 visit us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to add a special touch to our residents' lives. You have a team leader who spends most of their time working close to you in the facility. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. We work with animals in care and regularly have visits from therapy dogs. As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people's needs. You work closest to the residents and therefore have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation. Your experience and knowledge We would prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant with several years of experience in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also merits. Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing is required, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing.
