Your Assignment As a summer temporary nursing assistant at Nacka seniorcenter (municipal elderly care facilities), you will be an important part of creating a safe, dignified, and meaningful daily life for our residents. You work closely with residents, their relatives, and colleagues, planning care based on individual needs and wishes. The focus is on person-centered care, where self-determination, participation, and quality of life are central. The work tasks include care and nursing, simple medical interventions, supervision, alarm management, and documentation. You also participate in activities, care meals, and work with resident advocacy. Night shift hours are 21:00–07:00 Your Experience For this position, you must have: - Completed education in health and care - Experience working night shifts - Several years of experience working in elderly care - Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written - You must be at least 18 years old - Documentation and computer proficiency Is This You? We place great importance on personal suitability. What We Offer Nacka seniorcenter is a meeting place for seniors and the municipal alternative for elderly care in Nacka municipality. Our four senior centers are located in Ektorp, Finntorp, Saltsjöbaden, and Saltsjö-Boo. All facilities have both a somatic and a dementia unit. All homes offer social activities, care and nursing, and have fully equipped kitchens.
