Your Assignment As a Nursing Assistant at Bälinge Healthcare Center, you play an important role at our clinic. Your responsibilities range from administrative tasks such as managing waiting lists and ordering supplies to patient contact, both at the clinic and during home visits. As a Nursing Assistant, you work closely with 2 district nurses and 2 doctors. It is important to us that patients feel safe and well cared for, and your role is central to this. As a Nursing Assistant, you are responsible for the clinic's laboratory with specimen collection. Assisting doctors and managing your own nursing assistant clinic are part of the work at Bälinge. Bälinge works closely with its main healthcare center, Svartbäcken, where there are 3 nursing assistant colleagues with whom you have professional meetings and can consult as needed. Even though the clinic is small, you are never alone. Your Qualifications We are looking for a qualified Nursing Assistant with a certificate of protected professional title from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare, with experience in primary healthcare or in managing your own clinic. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and want you to be thorough, positive, driven, flexible, and experienced in prioritizing daily work. It is important that you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with patient contact. Additionally, we want you to have strong teamwork abilities and enjoy working in a team. Previous experience with Cosmic and experience with specimen collection are merits. Our Operations The clinic in Bälinge is part of Svartbäckens Healthcare Center, which serves approximately 18,800 registered patients with approximately 78 employees representing all professional roles within the healthcare center's mission. Our patients are both young and elderly, living in the area or in the surrounding countryside. In addition to the Bälinge branch, we also have a district nurse clinic in Björklinge.
