Primula Home Care is now recruiting temporary staff for the summer at our facility in Visby. We can offer a summer schedule from June 1st to August 30th. Opportunity for extension after the summer ends. The work offers varied tasks and a great community with colleagues where you perform important work for our seniors. At Primula, work should be characterized by joy in work, professional pride, and equal value for all. The work is scheduled for day/evening shifts, and every other weekend. Working hours are 7-16, 7-13, or 15.30-22. It is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant or have experience in home care, but it is not required. What matters most is that you are passionate about care and our seniors. Regardless of previous experience in the field, the work begins with an introduction together with experienced staff to create good conditions for the work. You must have a good ability to treat the people you help in a professional manner, be responsive to the customer's needs and wishes. As a person, you should be responsible, independent, and able to take your own initiative. It is important that you are reliable and flexible. Applicants must have a class B driver's license or be able to cycle, and must be fluent in Swedish in speech and writing.
