About Villa Fornudden In the scenic Fornudds Park in Trollbäcken, Tyresö, you'll find the newly built, modern senior living facility Villa Fornudden with 60 places. Each unit has a shared kitchen and pleasant common areas for socializing and meals. There's a shared outdoor patio and balconies as well as a rooftop terrace at the top of the building. Just a few hundred meters from Villa Fornudden you'll find Drevviken with beautiful walking paths by the water – perfect for short outings. The facility also has a garden for relaxation and activity, including a sensory trail with elements that stimulate sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch. The facility is located in the residential area of Trollbäcken with plenty of green spaces. Just a stone's throw from the facility lies Trollbäcken center, which offers a grocery store, library, and restaurants. From Trollbäcken center, buses run to and from Gullmarsplan with a travel time of approximately 20 minutes. If you prefer to take the bus closer to the facility, Bränneribacken stop is your destination. We are a Silvia certified facility, which means everyone working here is trained in dementia and person-centered care through Silvia training. We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the quality of life for our residents. As a Nursing Assistant, You Are Incredibly Important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you'll learn a great deal about care, aging, and how to interact with people. You work closest to the residents and therefore have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation. Your Experience and Knowledge We'd like you to be a trained nursing assistant with a few years of experience in elderly care, ideally with previous night shift experience so you understand what night work entails. Good computer skills and documentation experience are also advantageous. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required, but otherwise your CV isn't the most important thing.
