A group of companies operating in the construction, design and real estate development sectors invites a lawyer to join. We are looking for a responsible, proactive specialist who understands business processes and would contribute to ensuring the legal activities of the company group, managing legal risks and improving internal processes. Key functions: 1. Prepare, update and administer internal documents, contracts, agreements, claims and other legal documents of the company group. 2. Prepare letters, responses to inquiries, claims and other legal correspondence. 3. Administer damage claim processes and coordinate communication with insurance companies. 4. Consult company group employees on day-to-day legal matters. 5. Prepare and administer procurement documentation. 6. Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact on the company group's activities. 7. Participate in improving the company group's internal procedures, processes and document management system.
