non-formal children's education (technology) teacher: teach students according to a prepared and director-approved program, plan and the hours provided for its implementation; plan educational activities, prepare for non-formal children's education classes and organize them appropriately; prepare educational materials and individualized tasks, providing students with knowledge specified in program descriptions, developing abilities and competencies; regularly and impartially assess students' individual progress and achievements, inform legal representatives about this, strengthen students' learning motivation and confidence in their abilities, provide assistance to students with learning difficulties and special educational needs; perform other functions specified in the job description for a non-formal children's education teacher.
