In this application, we are looking for staff for a 62% daytime position. As a cleaner, you play an important role in passengers' travel experience. You must be thorough, flexible, and sometimes solve unexpected situations. This could include schedule changes or delayed trains—situations where you need to be creative and find the best possible solution. You need to be independent but also have good teamwork skills. We highly value good customer service skills in our employees. By this, we mean that in addition to performing your duties, you can handle interactions with different people, are attentive to customers' needs, and can offer a smile even when things get busy.
