Job Information Professionals Nord is seeking two site managers for our client. This assignment is part of our personnel recruitment services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for our client for 6 months. The intention is that over time you may become directly employed by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. This recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord and the client requests that all questions regarding the position be directed to [email protected] Job Responsibilities As a site manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating projects in earthwork and site work as well as foundation work. You will plan and follow up on work on-site, ensure that the project is driven according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements, and maintain close dialogue with both team members and suppliers. The role requires that you have a holistic perspective on the project, can make quick decisions on-site, and have the ability to solve challenges that may arise during the project. Experience with rock excavation and technical understanding of various construction and site work tasks are merits, but above all we are looking for someone who enjoys leading people and driving projects forward.
