Your Future Challenge As a Systems Engineer, you will work on defining the product's system functionality, capabilities, and characteristics where you, together with a team of colleagues, lead the development in a structured and communicative manner. Analysis of customer requirements and standards is part of the work to create a system description that forms the foundation for development work. You, together with other development departments, are key players in defining and delivering a system solution that meets the customer's needs throughout the entire lifecycle. We place our customer's unique needs first to strengthen their defense capability with the goal of "protect those who protect us." Through active participation with improvement suggestions, as well as the opportunity to drive research and development initiatives, you will also be part of our long-term work to ensure that our products remain world-leading. The position involves many contact points internally but also externally with customers and suppliers, which gives you a broad network. You will become part of the Systems Engineering department where the group primarily works with Effects and Protection for our products. This involves the weapon systems we develop and integrate as well as the survivability in the form of protection and active defense systems. Who You Are We are looking for someone with a technical academic education and good technical competence, preferably in areas such as mechanical engineering, engineering physics, electronics, and/or software. You grasp the technical solutions and look up to find the holistic solution that is required. Experience from the automotive industry, the defense industry, or Systems Engineering is meritorious. As a person, you are communicative, take initiative, and have a structured approach to ensuring that the developed system solution is documented.
