About the Position Ikett Personalpartner is now looking for an experienced and versatile construction worker/welder for work both on various construction sites and in the workshop in Kristianstad. Do you enjoy practical work with steel and building structures where no two days are the same? Then this could be the job for you! In this role, you will primarily work with structural steelwork, where welding and assembly of steel structures take place at the customer's site, for example assembly of beams, railings, stairs, and other steel components. The work also includes welding according to drawings and on-site adaptation and assembly. In addition to fieldwork, you will also perform standard workshop tasks such as manufacturing steel structures, welding, cutting, drilling, and processing in a workshop environment. Work is conducted during daytime hours. Start date by agreement. Your Profile We are looking for someone with previous experience as a construction worker and/or welder, preferably from work in a construction or industrial environment. You have good knowledge of several welding methods and are experienced in working with structural steelwork, both in the workshop and on construction sites. The work tasks may include manufacturing and assembly of steel structures, where precision and quality are very important. To succeed in this role, we see that you have good experience reading drawings, especially construction and assembly drawings for steel and building work. - You enjoy physically demanding work and have no problem working practically under varying conditions. - You speak and write Swedish fluently - You can work both independently and as part of a team - B-class driving license is a requirement As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have good teamwork skills, as the work takes place at our customers' sites.
