You support personal assistants in their work, drive improvement initiatives, and serve as an important link between the unit manager, staff, and other stakeholders around the user. Together, we create the conditions for safe and person-centered assistance with the user's needs in focus. The role of support pedagogue with us Personal assistance is individually tailored support that can be granted to people with disabilities for help in daily living. The support aims to strengthen the individual's ability to live an independent and autonomous life. As a support pedagogue, you have a central role in the operations with particular responsibility for development, quality, and user focus. You use your in-depth pedagogical expertise to ensure that support for each individual is of high quality and carried out in accordance with applicable legislation. You are a pedagogical role model and serve as a bridge in direct user-facing work. In close collaboration with the unit manager, you plan and lead operational meetings, contribute to prioritization decisions, and advance systematic quality work. Part of the assignment involves quality-assuring social documentation and following up on implementation plans, as well as contributing a holistic perspective through environmental monitoring and development work. You are also part of the municipality's support pedagogue network that meets a few times per year – a forum for experience exchange, skills development, and joint quality improvement. Your profile You are friendly and attentive in your interactions and collaborate easily with others. You build new contacts and maintain existing work relationships. You take responsibility for your work, drive it forward, and deliver results. You plan and prioritize your work efficiently. You are open to change, take initiative, and contribute new ideas to the work. You express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing, as required in daily work. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. You will be based at City Hall where we work activity-based. Working hours are set at 40 hours per week, excluding holidays.
