As a support assistant, you work closely with the user in their home and are an important support in everyday life. The work tasks include, among other things, help with cooking, cleaning, personal care, social activities and medication management after delegation. We work from a pedagogical approach where each intervention is designed together with the user, with respect for the individual's needs, wishes and daily condition. You need to be attentive, flexible and have the courage to test new solutions, always with the user's best interest in focus. At our residences, you work in a team with other professionals, but also have considerable personal responsibility. We work closely with family members, day activities and other professionals in the individual's network. In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. QUALIFICATIONS Education • You need to provide proof of having completed approved education in healthcare and care, preferably with a focus on disability, or have completed the children's and leisure program, with a focus on people with special needs, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. • You speak Swedish well in both speech and writing, have good computer skills and can document clearly, correctly and in a structured manner. Experience • We are looking for you who have experience working with people with functional variations and autism and who understand the individual's different needs and conditions. • We would like to see that you have knowledge and previous experience in working with people with challenging behavior, low-affective approach, and various forms of supportive and alternative communication. As a person, you are; • You are confident and stable, and approach your task with great commitment and responsibility. • You treat each individual with respect for integrity, self-determination and participation, and work from a clarifying pedagogy to create an understandable and manageable everyday life. • You are curious, solution-focused and enjoy tackling new challenges.
