JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Spekerödskolan seeks a teacher with broad certification for grades 1-3. You will work with instruction, follow-up, planning, and value-based education based on the curriculum Lgr22. As a teacher with us, you will be part of a team where you, together with colleagues, contribute to the school's development, and where we collectively strive to develop and reach our set goals. Mentoring is also part of the position. You will vary your instruction and adapt to the group so that all students learn and develop according to their needs and circumstances. Working as a teacher means constantly developing based on the students you encounter. You should have good pedagogical competence and be well acquainted with primary school governing documents. QUALIFICATIONS We seek someone who is a teacher with broad certification, preferably in mathematics, Swedish, English, and technology. You are committed and have a genuine interest in children's learning as well as a passion for your profession. You have good collaboration skills and the willingness to develop and share your knowledge. We want you, just like us, to have great commitment and a desire to develop together with colleagues and students. You collaborate well with others, you listen, communicate, and contribute to collegial learning to create a good learning environment for students. You have the ability to plan both within a team and individually. Your instruction should be designed based on the curriculum's goals, where planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation are important foundations. You should have a working approach where student input and flexibility are a natural part. You are a good leader in the classroom with clarity in communication, goals, and results. You have qualities that include both structure and creativity. It is important that you are confident in your professional role. Great weight is placed on personal suitability and the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. The position begins with a 6-month probationary employment. We work according to a local cooperation agreement (40+5), which means our teachers have vacation employment with 40 hours of work-site-based work time.
