About the Position In your role as a forwarder, you'll work with planning, coordinating, and administering logistics and warehouse flows, and ensure that domestic and international transports and associated processes are executed with high quality and in accordance with applicable regulations. You'll be an important part of the operation and contribute to materials, equipment, and information being handled efficiently throughout the entire supply chain. The work includes both administrative and operational tasks. You'll work with handling inbound and outbound deliveries, customs handling, transport planning, warehouse administration, and documentation in relevant systems. At the same time, you'll be involved in practical operations through receipt of materials, loading and unloading, and handling of goods and transports. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with both internal and external partners. Since warehouse management and physical material handling are a natural part of the work, the position requires good physical capacity. The position is based in Stockholm or Arboga. Standby duty may occur. Approximately 50% of the position involves travel abroad, and there are also regular domestic travel. About You We're looking for someone with completed upper secondary education or equivalent competence acquired in other ways that we assess as equivalent. You have relevant and current experience working in warehouse, logistics, transport administration, or similar operations. The position requires very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English, good computer skills, and a valid B driver's license. It's an advantage if you have education in forwarding, logistics, or transportation. Experience with forwarding services, transport bookings, logistics planning, and working in business and warehouse systems is also meriting. We'd also like to see that you have knowledge of transport terms, such as Incoterms, transport document handling, and applicable EU customs regulations, including free trade agreements and customs suspensions. Knowledge of preparing customs declarations for import, export, and transit is also meriting. Experience from international operations or work in a military environment is an advantage, as is knowledge of military equipment. It's also meriting to have knowledge of Polish, Ukrainian, or Russian, as well as possession of a forklift certificate. Personal qualities are very important to us.
