Description:

Do you have ideas for the future and are you driven by challenges? In Haninge, you'll develop alongside secure colleagues who want to make a difference today. Right now, one of the most ambitious change initiatives in our municipality's history is underway. We're building a new city, approximately 20 minutes from central Stockholm. Follow us on our journey. Do you want to be part of our development journey to become an accessible, visible, and knowledge-based social service with a preventive approach? At our social administration, you'll contribute to future-proofing social services. We work based on our target groups' needs within individual and family care and disability services, so that Haninge residents can live independent lives. We focus on results and what creates value for those we serve. Welcome to us! Grow with us We are part of the social administration now preparing to create the social services of the future. Since January 1, 2024, we have a target group-adapted organization that supports a process-based work approach. The administration's core operations are divided into two operational areas: individual and family care, and disability services. The disability services operational area is divided into three areas: Functional Support Prevention and Authority, Housing and Health Care, and Employment, Home Support and Support for Children. Disability services' comprehensive responsibility with both regulatory authority and service provision provides good collaboration benefits, shorter and simpler decision-making paths, and the ability to easily "adjust" based on the target group's needs. Do you want to work in a dynamic and creative environment where teamwork is in focus? The Housing and Health Care Area is responsible for operating 23 LSS residences in municipal management and for health care services within the social board's area of responsibility. The Support and Health Team has medical responsibility for special housing and daily activities according to LSS as well as special housing within Social Psychiatry. The team consists of an operations manager, nurses, occupational therapists, and a physiotherapist, and we're now seeking a sharp colleague with specialist education in psychiatry and LSS for our team. Do you want to be part of our journey and take our operations to the next level? The tasks also include supervising and training nursing staff on health care matters. As a person, you are responsible, self-directed, and can adapt your work approach to the situation. You have a commitment to working with the target group and understand the importance of creating and maintaining good relationships with patients, relatives, and colleagues. You actively contribute to quality development within your area and collaborate with both care providers in the region and other collaboration partners. We're currently on a journey toward increased digitalization, so we see that you need digital competence and an interest in implementing new solutions. Over the coming years, we will also build a crisis team for proactive work according to the new Social Services Act.
