Primary Care Center Centrum is located on the hospital grounds in modern and well-functioning facilities where large parts of the operation are gathered under one roof. We are a constantly evolving unit with approximately 13,000 registered patients, making us one of Skåne's largest primary care centers. Here, a dedicated multiprofessional team works together consisting of specialist physicians, resident physicians, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and dietitians. Our operations are broad and varied; we are affiliated with three special residential facilities (SÄBO), a family center, a child health clinic branch in Häljarp, and have branch operations on Ven. This gives you as a physician a varied workday and good opportunities to work with different patient groups and forms of care. DUTIES We now welcome two specialists to our Primary Care Center Centrum! With us, you are offered broad and varied work within general practice. You work with both planned and acute clinic visits as well as with investigation and follow-up of patients. The work also includes collaboration with external and internal actors such as the municipality's nurses and hospitals, for example through SIP and home visits. You may also work with our special residential facilities, family center, or branch operations. You have your own patient panel where you are the responsible physician, with a list cap that contributes to sustainable workload. Further included: • supervision of resident physicians and colleagues • active participation in the organization's development work • opportunity to develop your own areas of responsibility or special interests. We offer dedicated time for professional development and are responsive to your wishes regarding schedule and professional development. QUALIFICATIONS You are a licensed physician with specialist competence in general practice and authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. It is meritorious if you have experience working in primary care, municipal collaboration, or work with special residential facilities. We also welcome if you have an interest in SÄBO and child health services. As a person, you are confident in your professional role, have good collaboration skills, and a professional demeanor. You work in a structured manner, have good prioritization skills, and can make independent decisions.
