JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You are warmly welcome to apply as a summer intern for the period 6/29-8/16 at Erikslundens Dementia Residence, Bersån unit! We are looking for you to participate in providing good care and support to our residents. In the role of nursing assistant with us, you have the opportunity to create the best residential environment for our residents based on a person-centered approach. You work carefully and professionally in collaboration with others on the team and in close contact with our residents. This also means working for good cooperation with other professions and family members. Main duties include: Meeting residents' individual care and support needs, implementing delegated healthcare services in accordance with the Health and Medical Services Act, documentation, and service activities. QUALIFICATIONS Care and Support Program or Nursing Assistant certification. It is meritorious if you have experience in dementia and elderly care. You are confident in documenting and using various systems needed in the work. You master the Swedish language in speech and writing, as the work involves contact with residents, family members, documentation, and reviewing information related to the work. It is meritorious if you have knowledge and experience in medication handling and have had medication delegation. A driver's license is meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
