You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging. As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you play a key role in a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists who work closely together. About Villa Hovstallet Villa Hovstallet is a senior residence located centrally in Industristaden in Kungsängen, within walking distance to Uppsala's city center and the travel center. Group managers: You have a manager nearby who spends part of their time working in the operation. Activities are an important part of your tasks. We also have visits from Young Care. These are young people who visit the residence on weekends and holidays to socialize with the elderly and add a special touch to their lives. Your Experience and Knowledge We believe that you who apply to us: - are attracted to work that is varied and requires great knowledge of care but also a talent for meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think independently and take responsibility. - enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues. We would like to see that you are a trained nursing assistant/care assistant or have equivalent experience working in elderly care. Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing is required, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
