You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging. As a nursing assistant, you play a key role in a team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists who work closely together. About Norrgården Norrgården is located in the beautiful nature of Norrviken. We are a residential care home with 5 units, 3 specialized in dementia care and 2 in somatic care. A total of 46 residents. Norrgården is surrounded by lush greenery near Sollentuna Church. We have chickens that enjoy company in the garden. Unit Managers: You have a manager nearby who spends part of their time working in the operations. This could also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. Animals in Care: We work with animals in care and we have regular visits from therapy animals. Dementia Certification: We are a dementia-certified residential facility, which means everyone who works here is trained in dementia and interactions through the Dementia Academy Your Experience and Knowledge We believe you who apply to us: - are drawn to varied work that requires extensive knowledge of care and service, but also a talent for meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think independently and take responsibility. - enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues. We would like to see that you are a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent experience working in elderly care. Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
