We at Adela LSS are seeking residential support workers for hourly and summer substitute positions with a possible opportunity for continued employment based on need. Our group homes provide housing for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder. They require clear routines, structure, and a pedagogical approach. We work according to methodological support and use a low-arousal work approach. The position involves supporting individuals in their daily living activities and everything that entails. The work also includes typical household tasks and documentation. You will work on a schedule with varying hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight shifts, and every other weekend plus public holidays. Your Profile We are looking for someone who can understand the life situation of individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. It is advantageous if you have experience working with this target group. We value people with good collaboration skills, curiosity, and responsibility for their work tasks. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. A requirement is that you can document and have good Swedish in both speech and writing. For those who can work 80-100% during weeks 26-33, we will also offer a bonus of up to 5000kr. We have a collective bargaining agreement. Other Information Start date by agreement.
