As a nursing assistant or care aide, you are responsible for providing dignified and good care and nursing based on the elderly person's individual needs. Common work tasks can include, for example, help with daily care, medication management, documentation, support for and during activities, cooking, serving meals, and cleaning in the residents' apartments and common areas. You will get to participate in everything from educational care moments to fun activities with the residents. We are looking for you with a big heart and a willingness to make a difference. We would like to see that you enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. And that you get along well with others and have a good ability to adapt your communication based on the recipient. It is an asset if you have nursing assistant training (or equivalent education). It is an asset if you have previous experience in elderly care. If you have had or have medication delegation, we see it as a plus.
