As an employee in social psychiatry, you work closely with our residents and provide support in their daily lives. Work tasks include care such as personal hygiene (including showering and intimate hygiene), assistance with transfers in and out of bed, and support with daily routines. You also help with accompaniment and various errands, for example shopping. All residents can communicate on their own. Medication delegation occurs, which means that medical experience is a merit but not a requirement – you will receive introduction on site. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in working with people and who strive to provide good treatment. You have a desire to learn and develop in your work. Meritorious qualifications: Education as a nursing assistant or other relevant healthcare education Experience of working in healthcare You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as you will have contact with users and relatives and document work tasks. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Other Information B driver's license is desirable but not required. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekends.
