Description:
We will entrust the new team member with the following responsibilities: Quality assurance of services provided – assisting individual care workers in solving client problems, strengthening the team by organizing meetings, training or implementing other measures; Human resources management – recruitment, selection and coordination of individual care personnel; Client communication – with seniors and their relatives; Document administration – preparation of reports and documents for the municipality, signing contracts with clients, monitoring performance indicators; Organization, planning and implementation of senior activities in the region.
