About the Operations Specialized palliative care in Dalarna is a regional clinic with multiple teams covering the entire region. Job Responsibilities As a registered nurse with us, you will work with specialized palliative care in patients' homes. You will meet patients of all ages with various diagnoses and complex symptoms. Your responsibilities include: Assessing and planning care based on the patient's needs and health status Medical technology and nursing care, such as managing central lines, drains, and medication administration via pump Symptom relief and support for patients and their loved ones Collaboration with a team including physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers to provide safe and coordinated care Independent work with significant responsibility and autonomy—you plan your own day and spend a large portion of your time in patients' homes On-call availability in the home at night occurs approximately one week per month. Qualifications Requirements: Licensed Registered Nurse Driver's License (Category B) Meritorious: Experience in palliative care We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, curious, and has genuine commitment to patients and their loved ones.
