About the Operation Welcome to Regional Adult Psychiatry in Falun and Säter - here you make a real difference every day. The clinic is divided between two locations with two care units, acute dependency care, and specialized units for LARO and ECT in Falun. In Säter, you will find the region's only psychiatric emergency clinic, Department 90 for psychiatric intensive care, and Department 95. Security and safety are central to our approach, and all staff regularly receive training in TERMA and CPR. During 2025, we have implemented Meaningful 24-hour care and Safewards, an approach that we continue to develop. We are looking for someone who wants to work in an operation where team spirit, safety, and development are at the center. Work Duties As a nurse in Department 90, you will: work in multiprofessional teams with a focus on qualified psychiatric care participate in acute care management, nursing care, assessment, medication administration, coordination, and documentation contribute to a safe, structured, and person-centered care environment The work is varied and can have a fast pace during certain periods, making the role stimulating and dynamic. Work hours include day and evening shifts, plus every third weekend. Qualifications Registered Nurse We offer an individually adapted and structured introduction, where you receive support from an experienced nurse in acute psychiatric care.
