About the Operation We are now seeking new colleagues for the Infectious Diseases Clinic in Falun. The Infectious Diseases Clinic in Falun is a small clinic with a large emergency mission and works across the entire region. We care for a broad patient population with many different infectious disease diagnoses. We see that the proportion of patients with infections is steadily increasing. Dalarna's population will have a great need for our services, and therefore we want to build a stable and secure infectious disease healthcare service in continuous development to meet this need. Job Responsibilities Work with us can be challenging but is also very developmental. The pace and workload on the ward vary, and with great drive and interest in innovative work, we tackle each day. To provide each other and ourselves with the best conditions, we actively work on the work environment. We achieve this through, among other things, individualized orientation, mentorship, competency development, and through the reflection tool "fånga passet."
