We are Home Health Care in Ljusdal Municipality – an engaged and development-oriented operation responsible for municipal health and medical care within the Welfare sector. We are a team of approximately 60 employees working together to create safe, person-centered, and accessible care for the municipality's residents. We are registered nurses, specialist nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, coordinators, and unit managers who together contribute with our different expertise to provide the best possible care and rehabilitation. We believe in collaboration, participation, and continuous development. With the citizen in focus, we work closely together and in cooperation with hospitals, health centers, and other external actors to meet today's and tomorrow's care needs. Our mission includes special housing, support and care facilities within the LSS and social psychiatry sectors, short-term housing, and home health care in regular housing. Our operations are located in Ljusdal, Järvsö, Färila, Los, and Ramsjö. We also staff the region's health centers in Los and Ramsjö, which provides opportunities for varied tasks and broad professional development. We are now seeking two licensed registered nurses who want to be part of developing future municipal health and medical care together with us. One position is placed at a new special housing facility in Ljusdal, where you get the opportunity to be involved from the start and contribute to creating a safe and quality care environment. The other position is within our pool staffing, where you get a varied and developing role with work in several of the operation's areas. The positions follow a rolling 12-week schedule and consist mainly of daytime work 6:45 AM–3:00 PM. On-call services occur approximately 2–3 weekday evenings during each 12-week period and every sixth weekend. We are seeking you who are a licensed registered nurse or nurse with relevant specialist training. You feel confident in your professional role and enjoy working independently while also valuing collaboration with colleagues, patients, and family members. Experience from municipal health and medical care is a merit, but we also welcome those who are curious about developing within this field.
