About the Work and Us At Care Ward Kungsbacka, we have 17 care beds. We provide 24-hour care within palliative care, rehabilitation, geriatrics, and postoperative care. Patients are referred from other hospitals or primary care. You will work in a workplace characterized by good team spirit, camaraderie, and high ambition levels where each employee is an important part of the whole. As a nurse with us, you will be a valuable member of the team alongside doctors, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and a counselor. Our care-related service team (VNS) is on-site every day of the week and manages the ward's facilities/inventory and is also responsible for many tasks that do not need to be performed by care staff. This allows care personnel to concentrate on what we do best—the patients. You will perform standard nursing duties on an inpatient care ward. The work is responsible and requires knowledge, skill, and a big heart. It is important to us that you enjoy working here, and we therefore strive to ensure that everyone has a good work environment. We are now offering a temporary position with day/evening hours. Employment level by agreement. Full-time means 38.25h/week. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. We would like to see that you have experience in palliative care and/or rehabilitation. Experience with the IT systems Cosmic and Lifecare is a merit. Depending on what experience you bring, we offer an individualized introduction program tailored to your previous experience. As a person, you have a positive attitude toward your surroundings and enjoy working in a team. We value that you are responsible and have good collaboration skills.
