About the operation Do you have a passion for internal medicine care? Then Department 3 could be your next workplace. Department 3 is an internal medicine department with a broad spectrum. Here we care for patients with complex and often serious illnesses such as cardiovascular diseases, lung diseases, and infectious diseases, which makes the work both challenging and educational. We have 18 care beds with the possibility of telemetry monitoring. The department is divided into three care teams, where each team is responsible for six patients. Job responsibilities As a nurse with us, you are responsible, together with the team, for providing good care with patients and their families at the center. The team includes nursing assistants, nurses, doctors, and other professionals. We support each other throughout the entire work shift and value a culture of collaboration, care, joy, and respect. We offer stimulating and varied tasks where no two days are the same. Whether you have previous experience or are new to the profession, you will receive a safe introduction tailored individually. With us, both newer and experienced colleagues work together, with experienced staff present during each shift. You will receive training in A-CPR and medical technical equipment such as telemetry, infusion pumps, and BIPAP. Internal training related to the care provided is offered on an ongoing basis. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Previous work experience from acute or internal medicine inpatient care is a merit.
