Kingspan is looking for a Service Technician in Kungälv! About the Company Kingspan BAGA is a company operating in water management. We invest significant resources in research and development. Our forward-thinking approach is reflected in products at the forefront of technical innovation: sludge separators, mini treatment plants, treatment plants and water works, pumps, pump stations and closed tanks, such as grease separators and oil separators. Our headquarters is located in Karlskrona. We have regional offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Falun, Skövde, Alingsås, and Umeå. Since 2021, we are part of the Kingspan Group. Now we're looking for our next service technician who wants to join our great team! About the Role Being a service technician at Kingspan BAGA means you are the face of our company to our customers and will have daily customer contact. As a service technician, you are offered flexible work with great freedom and responsibility. You will have access to a service vehicle and operate from your home. You will work with modern products, processes, and tools that are at the forefront of technical development. Of course, we ensure that you receive the product training needed to succeed in the role. The position also includes a few days of travel per year. The work includes, among other things: Preventive maintenance Product servicing Troubleshooting Repairs Your Profile We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in and experience with craftwork in some form. You are practically minded and, importantly, solution-focused. Since the work is performed mostly at the customer's location, you need to have well-developed customer service skills and good interpersonal abilities. The role is physically demanding, which means you need to be in reasonably good physical condition. We also believe that you have: Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment. Strong technical interest and a desire to learn new things. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Good teamwork skills. You need to be flexible and enjoy being helpful. Class B driver's license.
