About the Position OH Teknik is seeking a service technician for a central role in our push toward service, assembly, and customer support. The position combines practical workshop work with field work at customer sites throughout Sweden. You will be an important part of both performing service and assembly work, as well as helping to develop structure, processes, and our service organization. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities to grow into a leadership role. The work offers great variety, independence, and travel, with much of your time spent at customer locations. Job Description You will work both practically and in a development-oriented manner with assembly, service, and customer support. The work involves: - Performing assembly in the workshop and at customer sites - Installing and commissioning technical equipment in lubrication pits, workshops, and depots - Working on service, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment - Troubleshooting and solving problems on-site at customer locations - Contributing to operational reliability and high customer satisfaction - Being involved in developing the service organization, structure, and processes - Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships The work takes place throughout Sweden and involves frequent travel and overnight stays. We Are Looking for Someone Who - Has technical education or equivalent experience in mechanics, assembly, or workshop work - Has experience with service and assembly work - Is practical-minded and enjoys problem-solving - Holds a Class B driver's license and can speak, read, and write Swedish Meritorious: - Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems - Experience with troubleshooting and technical customer service - Previous supervisory or leadership experience As a person, you are solution-oriented, self-driven, and responsible. You enjoy the variety between practical work and customer interaction, have a high quality mindset, and want to develop together with the company.
