In this role, you will be responsible for the service market organization, which includes the workshop, damage workshop, and parts management. The position involves maintaining quality and environmental systems, developing the business, and driving local activities based on a local marketing plan. The service market organization in Kiruna consists of approximately 17 employees. In your role, you are responsible for personnel, utilization, and results, and you drive the operations toward set targets and key performance indicators. A central part of the assignment is also to ensure high customer satisfaction, as we operate in a customer-oriented business. You thrive in a fast pace and have a strong commitment to both employees and customers. You will be part of the local management team in Kiruna. Qualifications This is a role that requires your ability to work across multiple areas and to both handle details and strategic matters. Great importance is placed on your personality, and it is important that you are business-minded and coaching-oriented, and that you enjoy inspiring others and building a strong team spirit. We are therefore looking for someone who has worked in a leadership role within production-oriented operations, preferably with deeper knowledge regarding finance, management by objectives, and follow-up. If you have experience from the automotive industry, that is a merit. You will report to Bilbolaget's overall Service Market Manager and be part of a forum with Service Market Managers at our locations.
