About the role As a Facility Services Worker, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's facilities. Together you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the customer's facilities, as well as other tasks that may arise such as conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care. The position is full-time, a time-limited contract for summer 2026. We may also be recruiting for part-time positions at reduced hours. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and can suggest improvements to the customer. It is important that you are responsive to customer needs. You find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, you have the ability to collaborate, as the work can be both individual and team-based. We would like to see that you have experience from service roles or industry experience. It is important that you speak Swedish fluently and are a Swedish citizen, as this is a customer requirement.
