We are looking for a summer substitute occupational therapist. We are therefore seeking someone who is educated and licensed as an occupational therapist. Then you have the chance now! We are looking for a summer substitute occupational therapist for our operations in · Eskilstuna What would you be doing? We provide the service "Steps to Work" and as an occupational therapist you have a central role in its implementation. We are therefore seeking someone with expertise, great commitment, and interest in development who wants to work with us and provide support to our participants to get closer to the labor market. As an occupational therapist, you will be part of a team of occupational therapists, coaches, and supervisors. In Steps to Work, we work with activity-based assessment positions, strengthening and developmental activities, as well as work training/work trials. The purpose is to support and develop our participants to move closer to sustainable working life and, if possible, to progress to studies or employment with support from the Swedish Public Employment Service. In this role, you will work with occupational therapy tools such as AWC, AWP, MOHOST, DOA, and WRI, among others. The position also includes tasks within the role of a work consultant, such as employer contacts, follow-up of work trials, etc. We have extensive contact with and report to authorities, primarily the Swedish Public Employment Service, and good communication skills in speech and writing in Swedish are therefore something we value. You need to be comfortable working both independently and together with colleagues. It is important that you are flexible, structured, and responsible. You need to have a very good ability to create and develop relationships with people, both participants and colleagues and contact persons at our client. We are primarily looking for someone who wants to work full-time, but we are willing to discuss possible part-time work for those who wish it. You must have completed your degree and need to submit your License as an Occupational Therapist with your application.
