Are you an independent and results-oriented person who wants to run your own business? As a sales representative at Villa Takrenovering, you'll become a self-employed entrepreneur responsible for your own district, where you plan and execute both customer acquisition activities and sales, with support from a proven business model and professional coaching. About the Role The role includes responsibility for an assigned district in Västmanlands County. You plan and execute customer acquisition activities, such as door-to-door canvassing, customer visits, leafleting, and signage, as well as management of incoming leads. You play a central role in ensuring that sales and customer acquisition activities are carried out with a high level of service and will confidently guide customers through the ordering process. The work also includes reporting on completed activities and results, as well as monitoring quality and customer matters. Working hours are 40 hours per week, but customer visits and sales activities also occur in the evenings and on weekends. You independently plan your workday, prioritize tasks, and ensure that all customer activities are carried out according to targets and plans. The introduction includes sales training, product training, company culture, as well as support in financial management and administration.
