As a sales associate at Telia's store in Halmstad, your task is to understand each customer's needs for services and products and based on that create customized solutions. My name is Sami Dalali and I am Store Leader. My goal is to coach and support you in succeeding with sales and service. What I love about my job is the variety and constant learning. Our daily work consists of supporting customers to find the right products in both their everyday and work life. Tasks range from finding the right broadband subscription, TV packages, and the latest mobile phones, but also how business customers can set up or improve their telephone switchboard. Telia is at the forefront of these services and products, and our employees are experts when it comes to customer solutions. We are looking for you who love creating customer relationships, take own initiative, and are driven by finding the right solution for each customer – and of course you enjoy selling (both in-store, over the phone & other sales activities).
