About the Operation Vårdcentral Sälen offers a stimulating workplace in modern and comfortable facilities located in Sälen village. During the winter season, the operation expands with a well-visited emergency clinic connected to ski tourism, which means a fast pace and great variety in the work. The healthcare center offers a wide range of services, including child health services, maternity services, radiology, physical therapy, physician services, and several specialist clinics such as diabetes, heart failure, and asthma/COPD clinics. There is also a psychosocial team, laboratory services, and nurse services. We work in close collaboration between different professional groups with a focus on quality, accessibility, and good service. Job Responsibilities We are now seeking a licensed radiologic technologist for varied and developmental work during the winter season. You will work within our radiology operations with close connection to the emergency clinic, which during the season is one of Sweden's largest for ski injuries. The work includes: Performing radiological examinations, primarily skeletal and lung examinations Imaging in emergency operations with rapid decision-making processes Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and nursing assistants Contributing to efficient patient flow in a periodically high-volume operation The work is varied and characterized by a fast pace with a high proportion of acute cases and includes weekend and evening work. Upon start, you will receive an introduction adapted to the operation. We use a Siemens Ysio Max and the Agfa Enterprise system. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: is a licensed radiologic technologist has good technical competence and experience with digital radiography systems Meritorious: Experience with acute conventional radiography We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
