About the operation Imaging and Functional Medicine in Avesta is a modern and growing operation with newly renovated facilities and expanded equipment (CT, MR, ultrasound, and conventional X-ray). As section leader, you work in shared leadership together with a colleague, the section's responsible physician, and manager. You lead and coordinate daily operations with focus on patients, workflows, quality, and patient safety. Duties Your responsibilities: You have an important role in prioritizing X-ray referrals and ensuring that the right patients receive care at the right time. Through a structured and patient-safe approach, you contribute to efficient workflows and optimal resource utilization. You plan and prioritize operations, collaborate with other units in the region, and help ensure the right patient receives the right care at the right time. You are responsible for quality and method development, drive improvement work, and contribute to developing procedures and technology. You are also an important culture bearer and create a safe work environment. Together with your manager, you plan onboarding and contribute to long-term competency development. The position is full-time, permanent employment as an X-ray nurse with a time-limited assignment as section leader (1-3 years). Working hours are primarily daytime, but evening and weekend shifts occur. Start date by agreement. Why choose us?
