Cold Metal Worker, Mold Repair Technician

Description:

Nature of Work Assembly and repair of plastic injection molds. Machining of mechanical parts (cutting, drilling, threading, grinding, manual milling). Adjustment, calibration and precision assurance of mold components. Restoration and replacement of worn or damaged mold parts. Work with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers). Maintenance of cleanliness and order at the workplace, compliance with occupational safety requirements. Employee Requirements Experience in cold metal work, toolmaking or mechanics position (advantage – work with injection molds). Manual metal processing skills. Technical thinking and precision. Responsibility, independence, ability to work in a team. Experience with lathe machines – advantage (not required). Work Schedule: During training period Monday-Friday 08:00 to 16:30 After training – shift work schedule changes weekly: Week 1 06:00 to 14:30 Week 2 13:30 to 22:00 Salary from 1100 Net. Final compensation is subject to negotiation if the employee has extensive skills and competencies.
