About the role of Quality Engineer Production In the role of Quality Engineer Production, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the production flow and how different situations require different approaches. You will work in an operation with high production rates where even small deviations can have major consequences, which places high demands on both analytical skills and technical understanding. You will be an important part of the work to identify, analyze, and prevent quality deviations as well as drive improvement efforts in production. In the role you will, among other things: Drive and implement quality improvement measures within work methods and processes Work with measurement technology and development of evaluation techniques Conduct advanced investigations and analyses related to deviations Analyze, develop, and improve measurement methods Work with statistical analysis and contribute to quality improvements Collaborate with other departments to create long-term solutions We are looking for you who have Must-have requirements: A university or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. You have a strong technical interest and are driven by solving complex problems At least 2 years of experience in similar tasks Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing As a person we see that you: Are curious, take initiative, and are driven Enjoy both analytical work and collaboration with others and can communicate problems and solutions in a simple way Have the ability to understand technical relationships in production and quality Preferably drive change and improvement efforts Are practical, preferably have worked on cars, go-carts, or similar It is a merit if you have: Experience with root cause analysis Knowledge of drawing techniques and measurement techniques About the customer Husqvarna AB is a global leader in products for forest, park, and garden.
