We operate across approximately 60 facilities worldwide and employ around 1,700 people. Quant in Ludvika is now looking for a Maintenance Engineer! We are seeking a project manager to join our team in Ludvika. Are you a technically minded person who wants to work in project management and enjoys taking your own initiatives? About the Job As a project manager with us, you will work on various maintenance projects, such as change, development, and investment projects. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, driving, and following up on the work within your projects. Work Areas: Develop proposals for various types of projects, which may include customer investment projects or smaller improvement projects Drive, structure, and plan project implementation together with other functions in the organization Lead and participate in investigations, analyses, pre-studies, and project implementations Work with continuous improvements, work environment, quality, and customer focus About You You hold an engineering degree in a technical field, or alternatively possess equivalent competence and experience that we deem equivalent. You have at least three years of experience in project management; it is advantageous if you are certified. As a person, you enjoy new challenges, have great commitment with a positive attitude, and you take responsibility for your work. You enjoy making new contacts and seeing opportunities for improvements. Furthermore, you have the ability to work independently but also the ability to collaborate and positively inspire engagement in a team.
